Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all SMILODOX tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
